The District generally meets on the first Thursday of the month at 12:00 p.m. at 25003 Pitkin Road, Suite D600, Spring, Texas 77386.

The District does have occasional special meetings at designated meeting places inside or outside the boundaries of the District. Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the District under Water Code Section 49.062(g). A description of this process can be found at: www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts.

If no suitable meeting place exists inside the District, the Board may designate a meeting place outside the District that is located not further than 10 miles from the boundary of the District. If the Board of Directors fails to designate a meeting place within the district or not further than 10 miles from the boundary of the District, after the receipt of such petition, five registered voters may petition the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to designate a meeting location.
